Terms of Use

By using Vehiclez you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Vehiclez is a tool to plan car builds, log work, and chat with an AI mechanic. The AI gives information, not professional advice. Don’t bet your safety on it — when in doubt, consult a qualified mechanic.

A free tier is available with a monthly cap on AI chat messages. The Pro subscription removes the cap.

On iOS, payments are handled by Apple under Apple’s standard auto-renewing subscription terms. The subscription auto-renews monthly at the price displayed on the upgrade screen unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

On the web and on Android, payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel from the Manage Billing link inside the app.

Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Stripe purchases are handled by us — write to support@vehiclez.io.

You own the builds, photos, and notes you put into the app. You grant us the limited right to store and display them so the app can function. You are responsible for what you upload.

Don’t upload anything illegal, hateful, or that you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content or accounts that violate this rule.

AI responses are generated by a third-party model (Anthropic Claude). They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Use your own judgement — especially before turning a wrench on safety-critical systems (brakes, fuel, suspension, electrical).

You can delete your account from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the app.
