Privacy Policy

Vehiclez ("we", "us") is a build-tracking and maintenance app for project car owners. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app and what we do with it.

Account info — email, name, optional handle, and optional address you choose to add. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your provider user id and verified email.

Builds and content — cars, build phases, parts, photos, work sessions, and AI chat messages you create in the app.

Payments — when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe on web/Android, Apple on iOS) receives your payment details. We never see or store full card numbers.

Diagnostics — crash reports and performance traces from Sentry, used to fix bugs. These are not used for advertising.

Device — push-notification token (only if you opt in) and a unique device id used to deliver notifications.

To run the app: store your builds, sync them across devices, and authenticate you.

To answer your questions: AI chat messages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic does not train on this content.

To bill you: subscription state is shared with Stripe / Apple as needed to process payments.

To keep the app running: aggregate diagnostics and crash data, retained for up to 90 days.

Service providers we use to operate the app: Anthropic (AI chat), Stripe (web/Android billing), Apple (iOS billing and Sign in with Apple), Google (Sign in with Google), Sentry (diagnostics), Railway and AWS S3 (hosting and image storage).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Vehiclez does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use the IDFA. Our iOS Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false.

You can edit your profile, delete builds, and delete your account from inside the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your builds and chat history. Some records (billing receipts, abuse reports) may be retained for legal reasons.

If you live in the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with comparable rights, you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by writing to support@vehiclez.io.

Vehiclez is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.
